The write-ups include simple samples of wills from which an employee can choose and fill in the beneficiaries and percentages in the blank spaces. We have used these write-ups to encourage employees of our clients to write wills so as to avoid complications and disputes when they die. We have also assisted our clients in writing more complex wills.
