The academic qualifications of all key personnel have a strong bias in real property law. Mr Likongwe majored in Commercial Leases in his Master of Laws degree. His dissertation was on the Development of Landlord and Tenant Law in Malawi.
Mr. Likongwe was employed by the largest real property developer in Malawi for over 9 years and Likongwe & Co has been providing legal services on all aspects to that company for over 16 years after Mr Likongwe left employment.
